St. Augustine Weekend Getaway
A quick getaway down to St. Augustine to hang out with family and then dinner with friends that turned into us buying another house to flip!
Determined to take care of ourselves while we were there, we went for early morning runs over the Bridge Of Lions. I am NOT a fan of bridges, especially ones that open up!!!
But I did it & may or may not have screamed a little going over those imaginary places where I could have fallen in the water! 😂
The boats were so cool to watch & the sunrise was BEAUTIFUL over the water too. Here we are in all of our sweaty glory after a run.
St. Augustine, Georgia Historic District Victorian AirBnb
Our AirBnb, The Wisteria House Inn, was so cute & absolutely perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway. Small & quaint, but with all the amenities we needed! I had a spot to set up my computer for a coaching call and a private balcony where we watched the carriage rides go by. We even spent an evening out there as a storm rolled in. Brian had his guitar, so I got a little balcony concert that night :)
Bonuses: views of beautiful Flagler College, Spanish Renaissance architecture, a short walk across the street to Victorian-era Lightler Museum. Being in the oldest city in the country, founded in 1565, the textures & architecture offered something cool to experience around every corner.
